I'm betting that you get kicked out for not attending 6 months worth of board meetings though. Make sure that he takes great care with writing his articles of association so that you aren't automatically booted out for missing board meetings. Spiffor could be your proxy though! Nope, he's German, and it's run in Oxford, but based on the idea and partly model used by a German company I (sadly ) speak no other languages well enough to cope with a business there.
