Hmmm, rather an interesting comment thanks Rommel. This would seem to indicate that Bongo and Moonbars are breaking the rules, since they are clearly coordinating their attacks and I am not aware of any formal in-game alliance.

I demand both the Mayan and Iroquois despots be disqualified immediately!

We do and it is not visible to aqua because he is at war with us. It may be visible to alex depending on wether he has an embassy with moonbars or not...
