	T148 - 340 Ad Suffering from ads?

The turn is in. Monkey have pillaged in front of PC including their Ivory. (I'm glad they couldn't build the SoZ). Only the roads from Gorilla and Macaque remain.

No sign of a massive navy heading to our shores yet.

Tabemono have built Leo's.

I quite like the horses on the west watching over that side of things, but now they've both healed, I'm not sure whether they should work their way back round to the stack.

The idea of building a city here was mentioned - and we have 3 workers about to land on SP22 but with the roads out gone, it looks less useful.

CoS hit size 11 - with the new bod unhappy so I ordered a worker there.

The stack continued south, and I left the West Watch in place.

We now have 2 fresh galleys in the west, with 1 healing and a fourth coming round from New Haven. Coventry and Plymouth (finished aqua - need to get a worker over there as it likes working the hill) are building galleys for the east.

Everything else is on Spears, LB, Cats except the pumps, an aqua on New Haven and the temple in Frisco/Blencathra.

Renamed India to Helvellyn. (Another Cumbrian mountain - those names look good on the map )

Cheeky Monkey renamed Borrowdale - in celebration of the jungle clearance.

I'll say this: if they burn PC, I *do* want a new city built there so we can get some ivory! Then we will have at least gained something tangible in all this mess.

Tabemono GA - good point. I wonder if they'll push on towards Mil Trad.

Maybe Python will let us have that Ivory for now - seeing as we're supplying them Silks f.o.c, and we have the larger cities, and we're building another army while they get their Mkts up.

I think we have already gained something tangible - free Rexing in the west and no Monkeys in the jungle. Ex-Jungle Python are the ones that have gained nothing so far - hence H_E's sig (albeit without the Superpower reference - has he seen the other continent?)

I agree, the Ivory should be ours. If Python ask about it, I recommend we offer to split the savings we get from having ivory (if we can lower the slider) with them.

Tabemono -> MT is a scary thought indeed. This development, in conjunction with remembering that Aeson is on Tabemono, makes me think that they are the #1 civ to beat in this game... whereas for a while I'd considered LL to be the main threat. If I were in LL's shoes, I might feel compelled to take a shot at Tabemono now, rather than get slaughtered later. Then again, LL *does* have that chokepoint to fall back on.

Maybe Tabemono will get domination victory before we've evicted the Monkeys!

At least the Tabemono threat keeps the other civs' eye of our continent.
