new pbem Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

I am interested in running a pbem that uses Civ-III as a game engine. Players will represent a political party within the civilization, and player decisions will collectively guide the civilizations course. Game is free to play. All you need is an e-mail address. Several questions.

1. Civ III vanilla, PTW, or conquests.

2. by 'political party' do you mean multiple humans per civ?

If so, have you seen the demogames around? Teams playing either against the computer or each other, voting on issues etc.

Thanks for questions. It is just regular Civ III. Basically looking for multiple players to work together making decisions for one Civilization.
