Being around a lot of software development activities in my career, this comes as absolutely no surprise.

If they don't give a specific date, they don't know themselves when they'll get around to it.

Don't forget that most if not all of the PR will be handled by the publisher, and as of yet 2K Games is still for all intents and purposes a non-existant entity. I can imagine that putting up some Civ4 screens is not their top priority ATM, compared to say hiring employees, setting up a distribution network, making logos and their own website, etc...

Plus, I've said it before and I'll say it again: we'll only get real info in the run-up to or at E3. Anything released before that will just be teaser stuff which leaves you wanting more (as was the case with the PC Gamer articles )

2K Games has already been in existence, just be other names. The distribution has been in place through Take 2 for over 5 years. If anything, they are just getting info on the games from the developers at this point, and telling them what the expectations are.

I 2nd that we will not know much, as it will steal the thunder from E3. They don't spend millions there to reshow old info...
