	message from LL - no saltpeter Put an end to popups!

Someone from LL sent me this message saying everyone on our continent has saltpeter except for us.

Dear MAST: we finished gunpowder last turn. I'm sorry to inform that you have not that resource. Tabemono, Sunshine and we have one and just one resource each. Sunshine have theirs located in Las Vegas-3, but they don't have the tech yet.
We always have maintained a pacific relationship and we want to keep it that way, love that status quo in our continent.
In other order of things, we can offer dyes to you, for gold.

All seems to be quite cool with LL, but now I'm even more worried about Tabemono.

From this message I get the impression they'd like to be good friends and that perhaps a protection pact could be avaliable although realistically I don't think that'd do all that good against Tabemono. Realistically Tabemono are too strong and have too much potential to get stronger, next turn I expect we'll be stronger than LL anyway.

I'd like to suck up to Tabemono a bit and maybe offer them some gold not to attack us. If they don't agree to some sort of no-agression agreement or partnership we should try and get a pact with LL.

By the look of it I's say LL is scared of tabe as well. I don't know what to do about it though.

It just occured to me that *maybe*, tabe is now capable to end the game on their own(I think that is what I would have done if I was in their situation). The other 3 of us would honestly be no match for them I think, and as long as those cross-dressers and monkeys are battling it out on that other continent noone will come to help us either.

Yeah that's a worrying thought, I'll put the feelers out on Tabemono see what they have to say for themselves.

The problem is I don't think Tabemono as a team are really that rational and so it's hard to predict what they'll do. Also being that strong with pyramids, leo's and riders might go to their head a bit.
