atrocities against the aliens Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

I'm using nerve gazes against the aliens units, and it seems my reputation is falling, thats not normal, or is it?

It is not. There is no cross-species atrocities and you should be able to nerve gas them without consequences. You might be breaking treaties/doing atrocities against other human factions - did you check that?

I have nerve stappled once, but an alien city. Perhaps I broke a treaty, but I'm dubious about that.

I think that whipping out the nerve gas might always cause a rep hit, even if it's technically tolerated by the other factions.
