HEY, I want to play this, It's my first real PBEM game [EDIT] in a long time [/edit] and I was looking forward to this game.

I've been patient and have waited for this to get going again. I was very glad to see this last turn.

Can we try to find someone to continue?

Even though Civ4 will be out soon, some people, like myself,. won't have the computer power to be able to even think about playing it. I'll be lucky if I can get the Money together for upgrades and all before Xmas (all depends on that one job I'm trying to get).

Just because something new is coming soon, doesn't mean that we should put away all of the "older toys" right away.

Lets continue. I was looking forward to playing against everyone that is here.

Yup retirement is best way its going to be hard to find replacements this close to Civ 4

at least then the remaining players can play a speedier game, well it is hoped

Should be fun. If Civ4 is like Civ2, and Civ3, it may take some debugging before the PBEM is up to snuff. Seems like it may be a good idea to follow through with the stable and understood system for awhile.
