Therefore the Junta would like to suggest an exchange of information and tactical battle plans regarding the Human Hive in addition to Morgan Industries, to combine our efforts to repulse our common enemies. Regarding tactical info - we both have infiltration so we can relatively share little new. Spartans have other motives. Note that they've scouted almost entire NE and E coast by now. I don't see what we could gain from that pact, as we do have infiltration and they already know a lot. Unless they give us maps of all explored our teritory and adjacent sea, and coordinates of their foil I don't see why even to consider it. We don't have anything to gain except their goodwill, and I seriously doubt that accepting this would change their stance significantly.

Umm a bit related to this , Spartans keep accusing Morgans for assasination of Morgans. How about reminding them that we have no contact whatsoever with Morgans, but Spartan foil is mapping our NE coast - how about notifying them that they are actually prime suspects? (might work as an argument to remove that foil of theirs). I think they believe their foil has went unnoticed.
