Those are what were called "monochrome displays", back in the dinosaur era. Not BSODs.

Turns out it wasn't from Teen Beat, and it's actually from 1985.

It was intended to be a photoshoot with a tongue-in-cheek style for an internal corporate thing, and the picture was taken after the release of Windows 1.0.

The real caption is this:
