Unfortunately the game did not continue today due to the absence of lungchild. The game needs to finish next week as changes in time zones next weekend in Australia and I think the northern hemishere as well make it more difficult to match times. What are other players availability at easter, can we get some extra sessions in? As I generally cannot start any earlier in local time due to work committments Sat morning, the time zone changes will mean the loss of 2 hours of game time each week unless Makeo and lung stay up much later, so it is best to get it finished at easter time if possible.

I can play any time over the Easter break except USA Easter Sunday night.

We should finish this excellent game. Very interesting with good rules. The 3 city maximum capture per turn really makes you think out strategies differently.

I cannot advance my time online on Sunday by much more than half hour or so, so may be half hour later than normal according to US time zone ( I think our time changes Sunday morning out of Summer time)

I am working tomorrow morning as I have done other times and still got back in time for the game. However this time, the workload is greater and I may need to work a bit later. Therefore there is at least a 50% chance I will not show up on time and could be up to 2 hours late. If I am not online at the start time feel free to defer the game to another week, I will not be near a computer in the morning to provide updates on a potential starting time.

I will be working again tomorrow, the odds of being ontime are better than last week, but I cannot guarantee being there tomorrow though. Next weekend is a long weekend in Australia and therefore much better odds of being available to play on several days of the weekend.

No, I can play, but working again, this time morning only so I can play from about 12pm Aust EST, possibly a little later, but definitely on b4 1pm. It means we can get a reasonable session in, but not as good as deity is hoping for.

OK, this game now in its final stages... if two out of the three leading civs co-operate with tech trades the other civ will struggle. I suggest that from now on there are no more tech trades but gifting to the fourth civ would be ok I reckon.

When I say co-operate I don't mean in any planned way but if one civ has the choice to trade for techs from two other civs he can only pick one which means the third civ is left out for each particular trade.

And to avoid any upsets what do we mean by 3 cities per turn? Is it 3 cities per turn against ONE civ or several civs in the one turn (ie maximum 9 cities if you attack 3 civs!)
