There are other additions, some taken from the beautiful chinese cities made by Ogedei the Mad. The terrainbuilding graphic has several modifications too

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

What I do is a conversion to .bmp, then I work with it. Programs to convert pcx into bmp: ACDSee, PSP, Corel...
Be careful with the limited palette
