	need help w/ editor; cities Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

how the hell do you put cities on the map in the editor? there's an icon on the toolbar that says "select city," but i don't see how to put a city on the map in the first place.

for the c3c editor first you must select an active player under the map menu, ie, select "Rome" for a city to be controlled by the roman civ. then hit that select city button you saw and a menu will appear asking what size city to place. select a size and all you need to do to place a city is point and click on the map.
