By "Change leader head" you mean to template the civ off of France but with babylonian details? Or is there an easier way to do such without asking all of us to DL a folder?

I couldn't tell you snoop. I know others do it all the time. I suspect they use France, and then change all the civ details. alex or one of the others probably know.
