Aladin's lamp will give you 3 wishes of limited power. I'd rather have the lamp from "I Dream of Jeanie". I'd much rather have a genie that looked like Barbara Eden.

Once you have a few replicators, money loses all value. I mean, who would need money if you can create anything you want instantly and free of charge?

The day replicator technology is invented is the day communism defeats capitalism

Sorry. Replicators will require vast amounts of energy that will not be "free". Very cheap... but not free.

Once you have replicators, producing energy sources such as batteries, solar cells, wind mills, nuclear power plants (since replicators work both ways, you don't even have to worry about nuclear waste), etc would be a piece of cake

I'd have the electromagnetic effectors used in the 'Culture' novels by Iain M Banks.

They are a real general purpose tool;

Use them as a weapon to disable any system that uses electromagnetic effects for a precise non-lethal effect, or use them to destabilize the nuclear reactions within a star for system-wide nova effects.

Use them as a survellience device and they can even see into the thoughts of living creatures, or if you are feeling really evil you can even 'put thoughts' into their heads - great for controlling creatures/AI's

When you add in the fact that they have interstellar range......
