OK. I've finally made an "effort" and read Macro for ToT...
But I have some questions.
Does "city destroyed" also cover cities destroyed by changeterrain?
I do not quite understand the talkermask/listenermask thing. Does is mean that if I have nr 2 in talkermask, and 1 and 3 in listenermask, nr 2 won't be able to start negotiations with 1 and 3, but 1 and 3 will not be able to accept messangers from anyone, but will be (1,3) able to send messangers to 2?
What I miss is @OR and @UNLESS, and selecting a specific city in Bestowimprovement
on the other hand, TAKETECHNOLOGY is something very good.
Another question is, in changeterrain, if the "exceptionmask" protects infrastructure (roads, irrigation) and cities on the "protected" types of terrain?
I'm not completely sure what are these moduls of technologies.
I guess I'll have to look into rules.txt.
What's that "transport"?
And I do not understand the concept of flags?
Can someone explain it with examples, please?

| Read William Keenan's tips on the Cradle site. Here's a link: http://coc.apolyton.net/guides/index.shtml
If you can get your hand on an out of print copy of Prima's official strategy guide for Test of Time, you should. The chapter (#12) on scenario building is very useful.
