This game is on a small map, right?

AP or no AP?

Has the game actually started?

I decided to quit the game. The reason is that time limit is now 12 hours - not realistic for me and playing our turns by skipping them by admins is not acceptable for me, since either we are in control of the civ or not.

Sorry for short notice, but till next turn there may be a couple of days. Also, one turn might get skipped, what maybe does not matter that much, since that may be an often case in the future.
