So, I'm watching Brian's Song on CMT. There is a part where they are running sprints and Brian informs Gayle that his wife was pregnant and that he was going to name the baby after Gayle. "Spade" Piccolo.

Racist? Sure.

Meant as a joke to a black man. Not intended to insult anyone.

But, what upsets me is that Brian'S Song is a made for TV movie!!!

It's just sad.

I believe what he is saying is the things being bleeped out of movies now days makes no sense and is irritating. They bleep out swear words in movies that are used in sitcoms all the time. Why bother with the movie if the actor in the sitcom is using swear words.

My favorite is the opening of die hard III when bruce is naked and wearing the sandwich board. In the network broadcast it was changed to "I HATE EVERYBODY". What a joke, it changes the scene completely.
