For those interested in such things, we have played 43 complete turns in 91 days, an average of 0.47 turns per day.

Not quite up to expectations, but a pretty good turn rate for what is essentially a 6-person PBEM

Actually i'd say that's quite in line with what was expected. 12 hours per played turn (per player) means that it should be a minimum of 0.33 complete turns played per day (3 days/turn). If we're averaging about 2 days/turn then we're doing better than that

Well 12 hours was originally supposed to be the maximum, not the average. We're currently averaging 8.47 hours per turn.
