Irritated by the plague of frogs unleashed upon the region by Heressonia, wanting domination of the crops and resources being fed on by said frogs, and a desire to test the manhood of this fine nation, Marijuania2 has turned over the past few months its vast industrial capacity to building up a giant navy, whos vessels are often mistaken for islands, an airforce to blacken the sky and an army raised from birth and trained in 23 forms of armed and unarmed combat in order to turn the land of our foes red with their blood.
Our ships have blockaded Heressonia and thus far we have achieved nearly total air superiority without use of nuclear warheads. Ship, air, submarine and land based missile and bombing attacks have been launched against their nuclear facilities and our missile shield is assumed to be somewhat functional. Standing combat air patrols as well as point-defence ship based aircraft are defending our vessels and key sites over the great, new land of Marijuania2.
No invasion has yet been launched. We are issuing an ultimatum to Heressonia:
"Control your frog problem and pay punitive reparations to all nations damaged by your pests, or we shall invade and do it for you (free of charge)"
The Marijuanian Foreign Minister, Michael von Barbon, has invited any friendly Apolytonian nation to join in the excitement campaign, and peace overtures extended to the Heressonians in an effort to assure them that negotiation is still an option and further bloodshed can be avoided.
Several great and venerated armies are ready to invade, each equiped with special guns, easily switched from "human" to "frog" mode and the latest in Marijuanian military hardware. Reinforcements are being prepared should they be needed.
The people, and the dear leader, await with baited breath.
Any signs of Heressonian military insurgence will be met with the strictest force. Civilian flights only are permitted to enter, two a day are permitted to leave, and all are to be escorted by three Marijuanian GiT91 advanced fighters as soon as they reach 2000 feet.
Restrictions for civilian and international shipping:
Passenger ships entering or leaving Heressonian waters are to be escorted by a ship of our navy of "light cruiser" class or above, two destroyers or three frigates. Food transports are to be reduced to the bare minimum needed for survival of the population. Medical transports may pass unhindered, but searched and escorted. All other vessels, including non essential supplies and excess food are to be escorted to and from Marijuania2 by our conveyor convoys of cruisers, upon arrival their wares will be bought for 1.05x the market value. All vessels within Heressonian and Marijuanian waters are liable to be searched, all Heressonian traffic in international waters will be stopped by Marijuanian warships.
The Heressonian fleet must remain docked, unless ships wish to surrender in which case their weapons must aimed away from our ships as they come into range and strike their colours at the nearest designated Marijuanian surrender point. These points are negotiable.
Comply and we shall be leniant, and the nation will not suffer further harm. Disobey and you will suffer the consequences.

As Marijuanian fleet approached the shores of Heressonia, the emperor could not help laughing at the puny ships and primitive weaponry of the invadors.
"We don't have to fight", He's said.
"Before the ultimatum time ends, their ships will sink. Look at that corosion!"
Marijuanian generals also forgotten the fact that Heressonia is reknown for its strategical position. Being the only state with access to both Mediapolytonian Sea and the Heressonian Ocean in the east, and with a long channel river connecting both. The capital of Heressonia is safe and sound over Heressonian Ocean.
The ships didn't sink due to corosion.
One could say it was a miracle, if it wasn't going to happen in another way anyway.
Heressonian Bay Frogs (Huempertia Heressenia), enraged at Marijuan fleet interrupting their mating season and fishing them as a snack, sturmed the invador ships en masse, drowning them with their uncountable mass. the shipwrecked sailors were saved and shipped to Heressonia Magna.
With the carriers gone, the aircrafts of Marijuania had no choice but to surrender. Some attempted to land on their own without surrendering - some crashed, some were caught after landing. Two fanatic Marijuanian aircrafts decided to not surrender and crashed in Heressonian towns in suicide attack: Heressonia issued a statesment condemning these acts of terror, causing over 200 dead people and large financial losses.
Obsolete Marijuanian weaponry, ships and aircrafts were stored and are ready to be handed back to Marijuania with the war prisoners in exchange for a peace treaty and war compensations.
On its side, Heressonia gracefully grants Marijuania a possibility of a council discussing the frog matters that caused this entire turmoil.
A Bay Frog holiday was established in Heressonia,
and a great statue of mating Bay Frogs was founded on a small island near to the point at the sea where the greatest of Marijuanian battleship was sank.

ooc: Heresson, the way we do wars here is that one side offers their strategy, but the effects of it are to be declared by the other side. For example, I said that Marijuania2 had launched air, missile etc strikes against your nuclear facilities, but I did not report on the effectiveness. That is for you to do. Obviously this must be done in an honest and realistic fashion to avoid God modding, such as the "two fanatic Marijuanian aircrafts decided not to surrender" etc etc, is for me to declare.
It takes that form in a turn-based manner. Diplomatic crises (which this would have ended up us) and wars generally take dozens of turns/posts. We'd take into accountinformation from Ns.net; population number (where you're over twice my number), economy (where I pwn all) and degree of militarism to determine technology etc.
If you want, give your post another go, if need be PM me if we need to agree on details etc

Great forces were set along the shore and in major cities. Air defence was alarmed and instructed to shot any aircraft entering Heressonian air without permission.
Crowds hit the streats demonstrating their will to fight for the freedom of Heressonia.

Taking advantage of the troubles of many Marijuanian ships, the Navy of the Mediapolytonian Sea attacked them, while mighty Heressonian air-fist swooped on them.
Marijuania was sent a telegram informing it that
Heressonia is willing to grant Marijuania a possibility of helding a council concerning the frog matters that caused this entire turmoil, as long as Marijuania pays war contribution and apologises for the agression.
If not, however, Heressonia will not only crush the invasion forces, but will invade Marijuania itself.
It should not be forgotten, says the emperor, that the so-called Southern Marijuania was until recently integral part of Heressonian realm. Even today, despite pressure by deadly totalitarian regime of Marijuania,
the Auspectonians remained faithfull to their Heressonian identity.
When it comes to the frogs, it should be remembered that it is natural for Bay Frogs to move to the shores of Auspectonia in that season. Their season migration course was artificially blocked by political boarder since Marijuania invaded and annected Auspectonia.
Marijuanians may not be used to season frog invasions, but it's a part of Auspectonian and mainland Heressonian history. Frogs pay an important role in Auspectonian tradition and identity and it wouldn't be suprising if attempts to stop the frogs from entering Marijuanian boarders wasn't directed against them, intended to break the traditional Auspectonian links with Heressonia and dissolving them in Marijuanian pot.
It wouldn't be suprising as well if the whole arguement was yet another attempt of nibbling more Heressonian soil.
Heressonia is able to not only repeal the danger, but also to bring back freedom to the Marijuanian people, opressed by their bloody gouverment.
Many Marijuanian politicians in exile sheltered in Heressonia and our majesty must admit it's tempting, especially since Heressonia is lively interested in the fate of Marijuanian fish, which is on the brink of extintion due to Marijuanian irresponsible policy.
