Some general idea about workers. Entering a tile takes away a whole turn, however, when using a road, is this turn spared? In this case, it would be better to enter a tile by one worker first, who does a road, then other workers follow along the road not loosing the turn. This way it would be much more efficient. Only one wrker-turn would be lost for entering a tile without a road. Any oppinions?

I will investigate the issue further. We may work out some procedures for the most efficient worker use. In general, we would have to plan a bit ahead. There would be workers selected for roads construction which would preceed the teams making further improvements.
I'll try to work that stuff out.

Yup, the way I was afraid:
turn 1
1 worker enters a tile - 1workturn
turn 2
start road - 2 workturns
turn 3
continue road - 3 workturns
turn 4
road completed, 2 more workers enter the tile
3 workers start mine - 6 workturns
turn 5
3 workers continue - 9workturns
turn 6
mine done
Problem:
total workerturns: 9
if subtract the one for entering in order to build road: 8
however building road and mine should be:
road: 2
mine:4
we lost 2 workerturns.
We should avoid such situations.
