For those who were curious, as I was:
quote: The Khanate of Bokhara has been an independent Moslem nation since 1798. In 1886, the nation inaugurated a speedy Camel Post service, which delivered mail inland as well as abroad. Various early envelopes to Europe showing usage of Bokhara's imperf Camel Post stamps are known, and these are among the rarest and most desirable items known to philately.
The capital is Stariya, and the currency is 65 pouls = 1 Talent. The postal unit (or price for an inland postcard) is 11 pouls.
In 1998, a new Khan, His Majesty, Emir I Sani, was crowned as Great Khan of Bokhara in the Gold Palace in Stariya. The coronation marked the continuation of a long line of devout Islamic rulers to guide this central Asian desert country. I Sani spends much of his time outside the country, usually in New Zealand, where he maintains a sumptuous summer palace in Christchurch, and he spends much of his time in prayer. The Khan is determined to devote all necessary time and money to improve the rug-weaving industry, Bokhara's main claim to fame on this planet. The Khan is a firm advocate of disarmament, realising the futility of war and the desirability of reaching global peace in a nuclear-free, non-polluting environment. Enhancing the quality of stamp issues (but not becoming a prolific issuer) is another goal of the Khan.
The country follows the Sunni sect of Islam, and uses both the Hijri calendar as well as Gregorian. Hijri dates are usually shown in Arabic numerals. Many of our stamps show dates in Hijri, and fortunately for all, a web page is now available to convert Gregorian dates to Hijri and vice-versa. Thanks be to Allah.

For those interested in some background on the horde you should look at this website
http://www.hordenet.org/goldenhorde/background.htm
It is not long to read and has some good insight to the organizational system of the hordes. It also has some mongolian terms that we may wish to use. I could list them here, but perhaps it would be better to not take up so much space unless requested otherwise. These terms may come in handy for military units and/or especially for army names.

I find it quite Ironic that (after reading the site you will better understand) the triad or homeworlds is quite like the set up we have in our starting 3 cities. Since our name contains Horde... I suggest that when naming our armies or certain units we include some of the terms used from this site.
