	(Easy) Additional Messages SLIC file Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

hi,

this is a SLIC file for additional messages i wrote ("AddMe.slc"). it allows each player individually to select any of the following features:
- city growth messages
- bombardment messages
- empty queue messages when the last item in the queue was any unit, instead of just a settler-type unit

it can be copied into the default/gamedata folder and included by adding
#include "AddMe.slc"
to the end of the script.slc file.
it can be deactivated simply by outcommenting that line later on.
