I think we should do a "value" list, where we take lists like this from various points last year and rate how good of a value each game would be ... something like (1=bad 10=good) And realize I only played 2 of these games, so the ratings are largely made up.

PTW was utter crap. Possibly the worst expansion for a game- ever (granted I haven't played most of the computer games out there, but it still felt good to say).

and... that's the only game on that list I have played.

Not even close. The expansion for Empire Earth runs rings around PtW in terms of suckitude. Total ripoff.

I forgot there was an expansion for that game. so I did a google search to refresh my memory and ended up at Amazon.com where the average customer rating is 4.5/5... here's some choice bits from the 5 star reviews:
