	Ambassador Support Apolyton

There's been a request for ambassador info in the main thread. I propose to have both Snoopy and me as ambassadors. First of all, together we cover almost 24/7 availability, second we seem to be most involved (at the moment) and finally we keep eachother well informed either by forum or MSN.

The example set by Snoopy to report all communications will be maintained.

Please feel free to comment. On any subject I might add, either on this proposel, or communications/ actions allready executed. I hope nobody feels overwhelmed by the enthusiasm from either Snoopy or me. The time pressure sometimes asks for taking a short cut in discussions. I hope Andy and Wittlich will add some comments too, but I don't want to push anyone to partcipate either.

Fine with me. I have not the time or desire to be an ambassador. Someday I might even have enough time to actually do the sim I've mentioned.

I know about the time pressure and making decisions quickly, it comes with the territory of being the turnplayer. I think the two of you are doing a fine job.

Just one word of caution, don't try to do it all if anyone else wants to help out. Burnout can come quickly. I've seen it happen in the intersite games and it happened to me personally as turnplayer/primary diplomatic liaison for both Vox Controli and the American Imperialists in the MZOC3C demogame. That burnout was why I initially didn't want to join this game, and why I'm not really offering to do much more than give my opinions when they're warranted....at least for the time being.

I'm fine being the Foreign Minister. I insist on maintaining my own usage of the title, however, and not being called Ambassador, as it is an incorrect word that Ljube is asking me to use.

I will post every conversation I have with anyone on the FA thread, and please comment on them there.

It sounds good to me too. Like I stated when I joined, my time is very limited at the present, but I will try to add input whenever I can and when I think it is necessary to do so.

To Rhoth and Witt, thanks for the support. I was just a little worried to have demotivated you because Snoopy and me seem to make a lot of decissions.

In reply to a burn out risk. Both turnplaying and foreign administration can be handled as a dual job, which has my preference. Most internal discussions are handled here on the forum. The foreign administration especially when someone is met is a bit hectic especially in trying to get a hold of a representant of the other team. If we offer ~24 hour availability this goes more smoothly from our side. Moreover it's easy to step in when one of us is away for a while.

If you wanna be the Foreign Minister Snoop, I'll be the office clerk taking the night shift.
