Tired of ads?

save is here.

OK, now we have to think. Could everything abut this turn be disscussed in this thread, and not in mIRC please.

I have the save open, and thebes will grow iin two, using the mined BG instead of the Cow, which Helio can use too grow a turn earlier.

Thebes caan build a warrior in 2 turns, wasting about 4 shields, or can build a temple in 6 turns, or 3 turns if we move Fowler 9, and use a forest chop to get an extra 10 shields. Fowler will then be in a good place to mine+road the BG 6 of Thebes, with out wasting worker turns. This allows the worker from Helio to road and mine the BG 8 of Helio, and for Steve and Mikka to chop marsh/jungle, and in general shorten the amount of time until the pump comes online.

looking at the save, Ii think that wee will have too send Grog 7, because if he moves 8, he wil both not be able to get on any high ground, as the conscript warrior will block, and we will run into their cultural borders. If Grog goes 7 he will stay on the high groound, and we can just walk arouond them, and start looking for other civs. Cohen can go 2, aiming at getting the goody hut. He will step onto a mountain, so more terrain will be unveiled. Carrot shouold either explore (south, but I wuold rather keep him at home for protection), or get on the road network (this is the better opotion. We won't need MPs for a while).

Micromanagement - I agree
Memphis - work 63 (roaded shield grassland)
Thebes - work 4 (mined shield grasslamd)
Heliopolis - work 99 (the cow)

Workers
Mikka continues mining
Steve G builds road
Fowler moves 4 to build a road and connect Heliopolis

Warriors
Cohen 2 is good idea
Carriot 4 (back to the cities and be useful as defender
Grog - the most difficult choice. I suggest moving him 9. I don't know how acceptable in a MP game is it to move an unit at the border of someone else but I would like to go on top of that mountain and look at their lands while still possible. It seems the horde founded all 3 cities on the 2nd turn and it is just a matter of sequence which of the three cities was their capital and will expand soon. Until then we should have a map of their territory (current and future). But if you think this will be treatened as too aggresive move then we should not go that near

Domestic affairs
Science at 70%

Build queues can be left as now and switch next turn when we have the pottery. Otherwise warriors are the best choice now.

This is it - is seems Krill and I agree 100%. Krill, when you see this post, could you play the turn, send it to Euphorica and post a report? If you think you can't, I'll check 1-2 hours later and do everything (if there are no objections, of course). I'll be not available 'cause my brother will need the PC

Sorry, but I hve to disagree here. we will waste workers turns if we do this, because we have to move a worker into the capital, and then ont the bonus grassland 6 of Thebes, and then we have to mine. If we deforest the tiile 3 of thebes, we can build a temple very quickly, so we will have to spend aloot less gold onn the lux slider. it is also alot more efficioent, as we will waste 4 shields when build the warrior. we would waste no shields if we buiild the temple, and since we can move a warrioor from another city into the capital to help with the happiness, the temple will help us use a higher pop in the capital.

and I woould rather ask the Horde if we could approach their borders. I don't want too piss off the only team we know, who have archers, and in all likelyhood BW as well. When you factor in thaat we don't we will be completely scewed if we don't act friendly to them...

I'll PM them our intentions, then. I don't want another Luxian debacle on our hands...

Full PM-box? Change here!

Alright, I agree about the worker

and I agree we should ask the Horde what they think. But I doubt they will answer in the next few hours. So, what to do if we don't have an answer?
