When you sign up, please vote A or B for each of the following ammendments to the rules:

Addendum One: Allied Victory

A (12 votes) - Allied Victory should be forbidden; the game can only be won by one person. (Or in the case of MAD, no winners.)

B (2 votes) - Allied Victory should be allowed; the game can be won by any number of allied people, so long as all allied members agree.

Abstain (1 vote)

Addendum Two: Limitation of Alliances

A (0 votes) - The formation of alliances and any communication between allied persons must be conducted through Private Messages.

B (13 votes) - The formation of alliances can take place anywhere, and communication among allied persons can take place anywhere, including but not limited to PMs, instant messaging clients, IRC, e-mail, other fora, etc.
