I guess they followed my direction to locate Phonix - Southeast from our island. BAT borderes can be seen north of Phoenix. But I'll ask them on the joint forum.

Victory screen reports PAL as the largest opponent (both land and population) but BAT have the highest culture (nearly twice our culture and +50% in Ur compared to Apolyton)
Addtionally they have completed the Great Library last turn

here's a proposed first message (assuming they don't contact us first - I haven't seen any new messages from them as of yet.
To propose a message (and I hope that they can understand English, as I don't know a word of French)

Anyway, in light of possible further cooperation with BAT and PAL, I'd have to amend the message a bit:

LordEvil appeared in the chat for a hour and left because he had some things to do.
We had a short conversation with him. He agreed we should ally but we have not discussed anything more.
He agreed to CC the letter he has sent to PAL and I'm publishing it here now.
Because LordEvil is the only North American in their team and most probably the only one who will represented the team of Batrachos, some you guys could exchange some fast emails and appoint a meeting in the work days.

territory if we refer to our agreements) since there
is no hope anymore for Elu. But as usual, GWT didn't
really listen to us.
You told us that the only way to negociate with you
is first of all the destruction of Elu. Skid and GD
hadn't really the choice to accept since they didn't
want to be responsible of tension between our both
nation and they thought that was not that a big
deal. Nevertheless, after a vote, the government has
rejected the destruction of Elu by our hand. To be
honnest, we'd rather lose with our honnor than to
win as mercenaries. We have accepted to welcome Elu
as refugees and we can't stab them, that's as simple
as that. However, they are warned. From now, we
won't do anything to prevent you to destroy
them..which is a bit different.
I hope that these explanations will help you to
understand our behviours lately. Actually, it was a
difficult period for us since there were a lot of
big decision to take. Skid, our defense minister,
knows several of your members and trust them and
this is also the main reason for us to trust your
team.
To answer to you question, I will say :
1) We can forbid CDG to unload in our territory and
if we can, we will give you the position of their
galley. I don't think we can go any further.
2) CDG were suppose to be our vassal which means
they are supposed to do all what we want in exchange
of the territory where we allowed them to settle.
There is no other deal than that. Of course we told
them that we had discussion with you. I told them
that we can't help them anymore for the security of
my population since you want their destruction.
3) We will begin the war as soon as we will have
knights.
Since GWT will have fast riders, we will obvioulsy
need help to destroy them. I think that we should be
ready to start serioulsy in something like 15 turns.
I suggest that we start in the south front while u
prepare ur army. At this moment, u might have
Astronomy and carry ur troop safely across the sea
to open a new front. I guess that a major chat
between us and Apo will be necessary to discuss
about ours potentials and to be more accurate in
ours estimations.

I have to apoligize for not wandering around the forums as often as I ought to recently. Between school, the ACT, and state-mandated standardized exams, I've been busy of late. Of course, nothing much is happening anyway...
Looking through some of this stuff, I wonder if we couldn't simply annouce our plans of alliance and invasion to both CDG and GWT? Since CDG has all but been eliminated, and since GWT wouldn't stand a chance against the three of us, is it possible they would be inclined to capitulate?

OK fine on the team adress, since it gets occasionally delayed and does not always forward I recommend you give them OCT_X's and Togas's email as well. maybe even Lord N's. If I continue to get emails Ill post them here as my time permits since Im technically still the "team Captain" for Apoly in the eyes of the UN. If we want to change that guys we can do that as well we just need someone who is going to monitir the UN forums and pass info, conduct polls for gamewide issues, etc.
I would NOT play our cards with GWT just yet.
1. Is our three way allaince ROCK solid?
2. Have we talked about the disclosure with our rock solid alliance?
3. CDG is STILL alive
4. GWT is far from dead and they have dam good group of players.
5. Dont get lured into the other games pleas of hurrying up. Sure we want this one done but we need to make sure we advance before its done. And out of the 5 remaining teams power graph wise we are still number 4.......................... We need to be carefull how we shake around a big stick.........

No, we were building it. It was GK idea and it was exactly to prevent GWT from building it
there is nothing more interesting to build there until we have the education
But maybe a cathedral will be ok too?
