	Put an end to popups!

Here are the dactegories as of now, I added K/BB and dropped SHO

C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CF, OF, OF, Util, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, DL, DL

Stat Categories:

R, H, HR, RBI, SB, BB, K, TB, FPCT, AVG, OBP, SLG

W, L, CG, SV, BB, K, HLD, TB, ERA, WHIP, K/BB

Thats 12 batting and 11 pitching... I can add SHO back but it will even up the categories and since CG covers SHO it isnt imperative even though shut outs are nice. However, since CG are rather rare, ties are still more likely than if we had 11 pitching categories to be decided each week.

If y'all want to try something interesting try an NL only league with 12 teams I have to dig through depth charts and check various team message boards to figure out who will get playing time. Not to mention I've got this idiot who keeps proposing lopsided deals to me.

If you want to include SHO, you can include 2Bs for hitting or HBP.

I like the idea of each hit in the cycle getting a category of its own with slugging and RBI's (and runs) weighting HRs and extra base hits to a lesser extent.

We can keep total bases if y'all want to add more weight to bigger hits, doesn't matter to me. Aw hell, all this fine tuning is getting to me. If people strongly object to my suggestion below (2) we can just go with Imran's suggestion (1) in addition to IP (and SHO).

Options:

1) Add doubles, SHO and IP

2) Add singles, doubles, triples, SHO and IP and drop hits. That would be 14 hitting and 13 pitching with 2 pitching categories - CG and SHO - occasionally relevant. What do y'all think?

Oh yeah, will y'all post the days you will be gone. You can send me an email with picks and I will take great care to read only the first pick on the list when your turn comes up. That would actually speed this up, but I'd like to get an idea when the best time to start the draft.

Also, I want to get the draft order set by tomorrow night. I will send someone numbers 1-8 in random order and a third party will send me a PM with the managers in random order. The first number on my list will match up with the first manager on the list sent to me and so on. I will send the 1-8 to Moral Hazard now, can Imran send me the managers in random order?

Imran, can you send me a list of the managers chosen at random? I sent Moral Hazard numbers 1-8 at random. The first manager on your list will get the first number on the list sent to MH. For example, if #1 is the first number on the list I sent to MH, the first manager on your list will match up with 1 and be first in the draft.
