Daimyo Modo, nobody seeks the destruction of the Hojo clan. Not even the Oda clan that had suffered the most at the hands of your band of killers. Not even Emperor Shirakawa whose property you keep destroying. Not even Daimyo Paddy who is just obeying the Imperial Decree.
What we want is a cessation of all hostilities so that the War Council could assemble in Nagoya. However, you seem to be unwilling to call off your mad dogs of war, in spite of all the suffering of your people.
For instance, the monks of the Miyoshi clan paid a friendly visit to your restored city of Kuriosa. In spite of their peaceful intentions, they were ambushed by your grandmaster bushi and 2 of them were killed while the third was severely wounded. He managed to escape however and spread the word of the Hojo "hospitality". Enraged by this incident and contrary to my specific orders, rogue monks of the Oda clan attacked Kuriosa and killed all of its inhabitants. Some of them also killed one of your samurai archers and destroyed two Hojo roads.
Now if peace would prevail none of this would be happening any more. Think about this Daimyo Modo.

My people have not entered Oda or Miyoshi lands in two years. We will, however, attack and kill units wandering inside Hojo territory. But that can be talked about.
The real problem are the Date people, who have sent an army and started taking cities. I seriously doubt they will talk, as I doubt they care about the word of any Emperor. They won't even give battle reports, you know.

Tell your Emperor to call off the Date, and make them give back my cities. Then, we will talk about permanent peace. For now, retreat all your units, and I will recall mine. This way we both can show some trust...
