I went out and my cold got worse.

Anyway, January 1485 sent to Paddy.


First battle report:

One bushi attacks one Modo monk, monk reduced to 1 HP, retreats (speak about the civ RNG), bush with 3 HP left.
One Daimyo Ljube attacks the wounded Modo monk, kills him without losing a single point of health.
One Ljube monk attacks one Modo stone crossbow near one of my cities, kills him, 2 HP left.


Second, general impressions:

These monk defenders are game breakers in my opinion. They should either appear later or not treat enemy territory as road. There is no real defence against them except for another monk and then they can still pillage at will.

Oda tribe needs time to consider the terms. However, refraining from further aggressive actions would surely help building trust between us. In the meantime, one of our monks scouting the border spotted one Hojo warrior and promptly executed it.


The Emperor on the other hand is not pleased with the offer presented by Hojo Daimyo Modo.

You will surely understand we had to execute that monk who killed our Warrior.

Consider our offer carefully, until next year. No answer by then will mean you facing the wrath of the whole Hojo army.
