latest (working) servers.dat

Goodday,

I'm relatively new here, came across this board when looking for a way to play Civ:CTP online. I found out that I most likely need a new servers.dat file to make online gaming possible at all. However, the most recent one I could find is from november 2004, and that one does unfortunately not work. Could any of you please share me a working servers.dat?

wow you could try also at CTP:2 as we used to use same servers

problems are also with XP whereas you can load a saved file to do with the file system and such

I miss but decided to give up on MP due to this

we do however have PBEM which is darned entertaining

Maybe you could come join us and have some fun

This post is fairly recent and has a link to a servers.dat (It's in the CTP2 forum, but as Troll says, the two games use teh same servers, and it should work just as well).

I am attaching the file here all you need is winzip and most all pc's have them now

simply install to the CTP directory

my path looks like My Computer/C Drive/Program Files/Activision/CivilizationCallTo Power/ctp_program/ctp/ and this is where you should unzip it to
