Greetings fellow senators!

It is now my time to rule. The fine men who served before me have done a splendid job of running the empire. So good a job, in fact, that I do not feel I need to change much of anything.
My plan for my term is to capture the remaining two Celt cities in Spain and defend the borders.

Are there any objections to the capture of the two remaining Celtic cities in Spain?

Are there any other issues you would like me to address during my term?

I would like to push for preparation of a massive assult in the land I call Donegeal (for those that don't know, its pronounced Don-ah-gull). Most are probably not familier with this name, but they are familer with the short version of it: Gaul.

[Hehehehe... just trying to set me up for when I take over...]

Seriously though, crush the remaining Celtic Spaniards!

Taking care of the rest of the Celtic homeland will take several more Emporers.

I say lets finish of one nation at time, or at least till the last 5 cities are left then switch

First and foremost, hurt the Celts as much as you can.


Keep our lands safe. I would advise sending some Heavy Cavalry to Spain, in case anyone tries to land there.

Build only Roads in Spain. Most of the cities are so corrupt, that it makes little sense to do other things there.

Use the available Citizens to claim land. We need one more city in Spain, and the rest can go to the north-east. Put the cities on Hills and treat them as forts. Remember to use the free border expansions to claim as much land as possible.

Our alliances will last over your term, so I suppose we need to stay at war with Carthage and Persia.

We are not allied with anyone against Scythia, so you might want to sign peace with them. This would make that border safer for settling. I would even consider starting Citizen production again.

There is room for a city in northern Spain. Then there is a large free area in the north-east between barbarian tribes. Those would not be productive cities, just forts to keep the territory under Roman control. Just as are the ones in Spain, I might add.

I. Crush the Celts!
II. Road that Dye in Cryprus with the local Legionary IIIs.
III. Have cities in the core build Aquaducts
IV. Rush stuff. but keep the 1000 gold reserve for interest
V. Consider building CH's on size 3+ cities and MP's on size 5+ cities.
VI. Wean us off the luxary slider by the use of Garrisons as MP.

Well, in my term I moved a Legionary III onto the dye on the last term of my reign after rushing two locally there. And that tile is still not roaded.
