	Adding new cities? Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations

Ok, maybe I'm simply dumb. I recently tried to start with Civ3Edit and read the help file. I've downloaded a Europe scenario and World scenario from civ3.com. Then I want to place my own cities, instead of only starting locations. But I can't the Map/Select Brush Type/Cities is greyed out. Why? If I want to add say London, how do I do it?

You need to select an active player. (I think it's the space button, and don't remember where in the menu tree you select it)
