Funny stuff, since I spent about 13 months in Tikrit this last year and saw the area where he was captured.

You can't tell me that the Saddamizer wouldn't have debunked the whole story himself when he had a chance either. He would have loved to talk about his stand against the US.

There were Marines in and out of Speicher and Summerall this past year, so they COULD have helped on any operation Dec. 03, but my understanding was that it was 4th ID with elements of 10th Group that brought him in.

Just a note from someone who was there.
