	Moral support? Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

Not entirely sure why I'm posting this. I've just come back early from a night out, I have drunk literally nothing, zero, all day, besides four cups of strong coffee, orange juice and a coke. And water. Obviously.

So why do I feel drunk? I don't know, I met up with an old friend of mine and we had a great time. I have the numbers of three bargirls but I can't remember getting them and my arm is absolutely killing me. Now though I just feel really really crap, I got my dad to take me home and was practically in tears in the car for no apparent reason... which isn't exactly me.

Explanations? Hugs? Blood test?

I doubt it, depending on what "something" might be. I'm not really out of control and I can more or less balance myself. Obviously I can type, which doesn't exactly suggest that I've been drugged.

Ag: Called two of them, one called Amy remembers me, the other says that we were talking for 5 or 10 minutes . This is starting to freak me out.

Perhaps I've just been an idiot all my life, but my understanding was that if a woman talks to you, she doesn't necessarily want to sleep with you. On the other hand, I got her number after 5-10 minutes which is pretty good going .

Combination of sugar and dehydration maybe... I presume you didn´t smoke anything funny?

Not at all, no-one else was smoking, otherwise I would have smelled it. Sugar levels might be an issue, I haven't eaten for a while but water is fine. Maybe a coffee overload?

Possibly, besides from being dehydrating. Caffeine makes funny things with the body when taken in excess. But it could be a number of things, like subconcious angst or stress.

I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest maybe you had a mild epileptic attack. Does anyone in your family have epilepsy or bipolar depressions (the two diseases are related, they just affect different portions of the brain). Anyway, here are some of the symptoms of epilepsy:

Mrs Tub, I don't think it was low blood sugar, like you say I didn't get shaky or nausious.

Thucydides: I have type 2 bipolar disorder but this has never happened before. I've recently reduced my dose of meds without permission but it's carbamazepine, an anti-convulsant, so if I'd have blacked out I would expect it to be that... but you can't exactly flirt and black out at the same time.

Interesting, but just for your information you don't have to black out when you have a seizure, but rather have amnesia, and one thing that causes such an attack is low blood sugar. Still, it would make more sense if it related directly to your bipolar depression, but I'm not really sure bipolar depression itself can cause amnesia, although as I said earlier they are related. The Transient Global Amnesia also sounds interesting, but if I understand it correctly you would eventually recover your memory, and it mainly effects old people.

Thanks Thucy, much appreciated . I'll give it a proper look over in the morning, figure sleep can't exactly hurt. And remembering what happened would be nice, otherwise I've wasted what must have been a rather potent chat up line .

You dont always have to get shakey or sick to your stomache to have low blood sugar. You didnt eat anything solid you said and you felt drunk and I get that way too but i Know I am hypoglycemic. Usually I feel like a hang over hit me and need to vomit. It hurts to stand up and function. i dont know ur body. Thats the best thing I could offer.
