Cagewarriors is UK event, pretty good.
European Vale Tudo is fairly new, but very classy event, that is the most prominent Euro event IMO. Features Lion's Den fighters all the time plus guy metzger etc have been cooperating very much and they think it's the coolest euro event, definitely growing one.
Fight Festival is Finnish event, pretty good, but not as big. Has featured great level fighters such as overeem and alex steibling twice etc.
but there are many more. M1 is russian event, pretty good. There are tons of Dutch events, and tons of great fighters come from that country especially. It's Showtime is pretty good event.
PS. K-1 is not MMA. But it is greatly enjoyed by MMA fans. Another Japanese event that is often regarded as MMA is Pancrase, one of my personal favourites ever. Lots of awesome fighters, like Bas Rutten, Ken and Frank Shamrock etc etc has come from there. In fact, Ken Shamrock was fighting in Pancrase just some days before he entered the first UFC back in 1993.
There are some events in Brazil, like.. Well many vale tudo events. They still have bare knuckle competitions as well. Very nice and sexy.
Canada has few good events as well. And US has good events, many small shows with good talent... naturally UFC being the pinnacle. But Pride still pwns everyone.
