Welcome one and all to our gamers tavern

It is hoped that you will enjoy this establishment and its environs.

The goal of this establishment is simple, to provide a place where gamers can hang loose, meet, discuss various games, concepts, tournaments and story lines.

We have plenty of games underway, with lots of chat, this is a cross over place, setup for some relaxation and merriment...

It is my understanding that this place will not be shut down by the authorities as long as we obey some simple rules...

Be polite to the staff

Keep the conversation around the game

No useless over spamming (we serve great meals, so no need to bring tinned food)

Lots of other things that we know to be standard for a happy community here in the world of Poly

So come in and enjoy, try our upstairs lounge for those late nights / early mornings.

well did ya hear the one about the motor home?

I was in a car dealership a while ago, when a large motor home was towed into the garage. The front of the vehicle was in dire need of repair and the whole thing generally looked like an extra in "Twister". I asked the manager what had happened. He told me that the driver had set the "cruise control" and then went in the back to make a sandwich.

That motor home incident was reported by a reputable news source a few months back- the driver was suing the vehicle manufacturer for some deficiency on their part. I'd assumed it was in the US due to the frivilous nature of the lawsuit...

BTW- is anyone steering the barge while you're serving, Paddy?

Remember lass, as far as he is concerned... if it ain't dutch, it ain't much so make sure it's good old fashion farm milk from the lands of his home... I am sure William will have plenty in the kitchens...
