Is it true that 4 players is the best for turn speed?

Which Scenario do you think I should play in a pbem?

Is it best to play pbem's with people who are in others?

1) yes

2) that is wide open..I have been picking scenarios/mods that I have never played

2) Try a demo game as well

3) You will see alot of the same faces
