I think someone else had better step up to the turnplaying role. I'm willing to remain as secondary, but I don't think I should be counted on for more than that right now.

I have to say I am losing my will to play this game. I feel bad about that, but the fact is, I also feel bad about this game in general. Really, it's beyond the point of Not Fun, it is to the point of Anti-Fun and Bad Mood Generating. I haven't even opened the save yet simply because I don't want to face the situation there. I don't know what it is, but something about AM's betrayal just broke something in me.

Can someone (Beta?) take over turnplaying for the time being?

Even in defeat, you can still learn...

Don't get mewrong, I'll be playing the saves, for the time being, but I don't like having to do everyting else that comes with it.... One reason I never really "aspired" to a higher position of "power", too much work...

Go ahead. Just send e-mail to AM asking for Ceice-fire in place (i.e. they don't move into our territory and capture units) while we debate and vote on the Treaty. Ask for 2 turns.
