Reading about the case, this seems a clear reason to have GPS tracking of registered sex offenders. Either that or preventive detention.

From what I read he was a person of interest and he failed to meet the minimum criteria for release from a penal institution by reporting his residence to the local authorities

The attached article says after a poly test he admitted and have given details to the whereabouts of the body

As a former Law Enforcement Official, sexual crimes of this nature are not necessairly about arousal form the sexual experince but more of a control issue or need of a form of control

I think the gps is a great tool and yes that may be what is needed

for the mean time we are left with broken hearts and unfulfilled dreams and lives cut short of their potential

He was a known sex offender living right across the street from Jessica. The guy, who is a registered sex offender, had listed a different address as his residence, and then left town right after the abduction. He was picked up at a homeless shelter in Georgia. You connect the dots....

I don't think burning them at the stake solves anything, but keeping them out of the general population does.

tonight since my son and our daughter in law are sick with the flu we are keeping our grandson, 2 + years

This sweet little girl wont have any more laughter but she wont have anymore pain in Heaven either

The day before we had a local Amber Alert for a 14 year old Hispanic girl taken from Siler City N C headed to California, "taken" I say but she was running away, however she is 14 and the man she was with is 23 or so plus a 45+ year old was last seen in the company of them
They found her, alive,seems like maybe Texas area or maybe not, but turned out she "willingly" departed.

I'm pretty sure in my state it is illegal for an adult to take a minor out of the state without parental permission.
