	Best opponents in a game Tired of ads?

Greetings!

Wondering y'alls thoughts on who the best adversaries are in the game, including the alien crossfire.

I like playing with tech stagnation so that each faction seems to get a better foothold in the early game and thus better late game diplomacy, war, etc.

The Hive always semms to do well but some of the sequals factions are wanting.

Also are there any maps that help to even out the competition so that the gameplay is more balanced and a real challenge can be had.

	Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

The AI opponent is pretty much a pushover, but the ones that are the least feeble are those with a decent amount of support. Miriam and Yang are almost always strong contenders.

Making the AI more challenging is a topic of frequent discussion on these boards, look back in some posts and you'll see plenty of ideas.
