I voted for the Red circle

and for Bohkara to build the settler. Bohkara will have a growth in 3, so the settler will be here faster... while over at KBH, the sustained growth will give us a better pump of units...

I voted for orange in order to get hooked up asap. No road on hill required. Hill better for defense, etc..

Orange/KBH for speed

I considered red, because I like it's overall place in the city landscape, but orange really is faster to get that hooked up by about 3 turns + fastest settler = iron ASAP
