For the front and back? For full effect you need enough workers to plop down a road each turn. Lets you bring in reinforcements quickly, and allows for a fast return if needs be.

indeed, well the hope is that the two new workers, Stan and Laurel (formerly of the Mor-is-Porkier Empire) will meet uo with our own dynamic trio of Harry, George and Mildred...

as to new workers... yet another situation of many requests for the few cities we have
