Hercules Applies Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

Hercules PMed me saying he had PMed Beta to apply to the team and asking why he hadn't heard back yet.

I see no problem with him joining the team, so I wrote this back:

I don't, but I figured anyone we don't have have concerns about should be a shoe-in. That said, I guess I should have checked before assuming we don't have concerns.

However, I don't believe we have an official policy on new members. Perhaps we should set one up now?
