I've always been fascinated by Parrot talk. Well, its nothing I've really researched, just on the internet a few times. But today I came across this website:
http://parrotresearch.com/
As far as I know, its this parrot owner's website used for the purpose of finally getting the scientific community to recognize that Victor (the bird) is in fact highly intelligent and speaks in context. Now, I always just thought they were immitating what they hear, but then I saw this video:

Of course it could be fake, but if it isn't... what does this mean?
More videos here:

Even if he is just immitating... its pretty fascinating what he comes up with. Certainly even that must say something about the intelligence capacities of birds (whether or not they can talk).
What do you guys think?

You can't hear the vocals?
Now, again... I'm not saying its not fake, but are you absolutely sure?

Hmm... I can. Try using headphones, thats what I'm listening with. It is a bit hard to hear (crappy recording equipment) but its definately there.
