Can we get a screenie or two? Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Thanks Trip.

And a little btw....my father died a while back and I have become a little withdrawn to say the least. I have not been participating in any of the demo games as much as I planned or would have liked to have been.

A bit on the general plan:

I wanted the civ to expand rapidly and cover up all of the nearby land since we were so small. With so much land, time would be on our side once we were able to settle it. Check that off the list now.

Additionally I wanted to increase our research power. We have Libraries in every one of our larger cities and many of our small ones, many of them rushed with gold saved while we spent 40 turns researching Theology. We are now a research giant, as you can see - our GNP is now up to 3rd. Check.

Now we need to continue to develop internally, start our GA and build an army. I have set up a number of Worker pumps and have one or two more coming online soon. We need to vastly increase our force of Workers to develop all of the land we now have. Once that's done we can add Workers to cities and our economy will skyrocket. I have a Copernicus/Newton's prebuild in Suntanland which will trigger our GA before too long. Once that happens, we'll be the undisputed #1 economically.

However, that will make us a target, so in addition to the buildup of Workers I'm now going to greatly increase our army. We are greatly behind all of the other teams (even Monkey) militarily and that will change. I just recently got many of our cities started on Barracks and we'll then be working on scads of Horsemen which we can upgrade will of the cash we've been building up. I'm going to cut the road to the iron and get MAST to finally send us Chivalry (just in case they decide to backstab us later once we have a huge Horsemen force ready to upgrade).

Luckily both Tabemono and MAST are occupied taking LL down a notch or three so by the time they finish with them we'll have enough Horsemen to upgrade to Knights and have a chance at protecting ourselves. Though the thought of facing Tabemono with their Riders still is quite daunting... we'd definitely need an ally, probably MAST. Or maybe we can team up with Tabemono. Who knows. Once LL goes down diplomacy will be very important. By then we should be able to stand on our own two feet in the world and no longer be the minor power we were both economically and militarily a while back.
