	Refuges from Other Teams Remove this text

Yes, I think it's a great idea! I can vouch for Donovan - he's a very active and intelligent player in the CFC Democracy Game, and has been one for as long as I can remember. He'd make an excellent addition to our team.

Togas thanks for getting this posted I was about to post this in the FA thread and then I saw this.

He was good to work with at the PtW ISDG.

I say let him in. And since its primarily CFC refugees right now OCT_X can you handle the transfers?

Just send me a PM if you guys need someone to approve folks. I think I still have those powers. I think Togas and Oct_X have them as well if memory serves me correctly

I'd be glad to handle refugees from CFC. You'll jhave to remind me about the team transfer policy - we have to wait for CFC to drop out the game completely, right?

The exact wording is in the rules somewhere but essentially its says (if memory serves me correctly) that once a team is eliminated refugees could go to other teams.

The rules are posted at the UN>

Just along this issue of refugees

Once they have access here, what becomes of such access at the start of round two? Are their teams already disqualified from round two?

I like the ideas on how to deal with refugees, we have had this debate raging here in Australia for sometime, and have had the beginnings of the conversation in the c3cdg.

Yep. there are 10 teams. 4 teams are eliminated in round 1. The final 6 go to round 2, if it starts before civ4 that is....

I've noticed that many of the ND players in the PTWDG now have Poly civicons meaning they've asked for entry into this game.

Have they been authorized? I can definitely vouch for Darekill, zeri and Bischop. Most of them, that I know of, have not been really active in the GWT team (yeah, ND and GWT ain't precisely the same despite they come from the same forum)
