	Sceanario question Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

I downloaded a scenario and put it into the folder with the scenarios that came with the game, when i go to play one the scenarios don't even show up on the menu what's the problem.

What expansion do you have? PTW or Conquests? Vanilla? (Vanilla=Civ3 with no expansions)

What's the extension of the scenario file? .bic is a Vanilla file and you should be able to play it regardless of what version of Civ3 you have. .bix is a PTW file and you must have either PTW or Conquests to play it. .biq is a Conquests file and you must have Conquests to play it.

Also, if you have Conquests, you mean the Scenarios folder when you refer to "the scenarios that came with the game" and not the Conquests folder, right?

I just have Civ3 without any expansions and that is the problem, thatnks for the help.

lright now it shows up but when I click it it says something like:

Couldn't open scenario file, file may be corrupt!

Have you patched Civ3 to the latest version? (1.29, you can download it from the Patch Center on the right side of this page)
