Maneuver is the saving grace to defense (and quite an interesting strategic addition, giving small defenses a chance to be ... dangerous). Disengage is the only way anyone leaves any substantial fleet at home during any round. Base swappery, well that i'll give you. But it seems there should be SOME way to pay others for services rendered ... And base swappery is how different from, say, saying 'you can have 6 of the 10 bases we capture this round'?

God damn. My computer is malfunctioning, and I'm lucky to get on the internet. I have no clue what's wrong... MSN isn't working, neither is World of Warcraft. And everything is very slow..
